About Kudzu Media
Virgil Huston founded the company that has evolved into Kudzu Media in 1996. Early on, Virgil saw the tremendous potential of the Internet and was excited by all it had to offer individuals and businesses.
Virgil was a pioneer in using the Internet for nonprofit and political issue activism and continues to do a lot of work in this arena. The turnkey web site was initially developed as a quick and inexpensive way for political candidates, political action committees (PACs), and nonprofit organization issue organizations to get a web presence. This turnkey system is equally applicable to business sites. The beauty of this turnkey system is virtually unlimited feature expansion because the underlying technology is enterprise level.
Kudzu Media has pioneered best practices and innovative use of technology, such as audio podcasts and use of video, into marketing efforts.
As the Internet has evolved, so to has Kudzu Media. As the technology moved from static to dynamic sites, layout control became more complex, and site marketing became ever more complicated, it was obvious that specialization would become the norm.
No one company, unless it is quite large, can do everything well. Those days were over in 1999. Kudzu Media adopted a dual approach to web development that has worked well.
Kudzu Media has concentrated on becoming expert in certain areas and cultivated partnerships with other top-notch companies in other areas. The result is our ability to assemble the right team for any job. We excel in managing the entire process to achieve the results you want within time and budget.
